Very nice park. Owners have some wonderful ideas and are fantastic people to stay with. Very accommodating and such a relaxing and scenic area. Would definitely stay again if in area.

This is a nice place to be near Fredericksburg and all the surrounding attractions in the Hill Country. The basic amenities all seem to work fine. We would stay here again if in the area.

Have previously stayed when original owners had the park but current owner has done some major renovations. Much nicer of a stay and would definitely stop again if in the area.

The owners have done a fantastic job of making this a wonderful and very peaceful campground. Such a great setting and definitely will spoil you towards nature. For sure stop by if in the Dripping Springs, Tx. area.

A beautiful campground but definitely way undersized. All sites are back ins and very tight to get into. If a camper comes in directly across from your site: you will be asked to move your vehicle. At this rate this shouldn't have to be. Also, the electricity is somewhat iffy, and there is no public restroom to be found anywhere.

Have stayed previously several times and have always enjoyed it. Many permanent RV's living year round with mega junk scattered around their sites. It's a definite turn-off!! Owners have seemingly wiped their hands clean of the situation.

Beautiful location out in the West Texas Mountains. Courtyard and Cafe with Motel brings all the ammenities that you could possibly want, with the only downside being the frequent train whistles throughout the day.

Very beautiful park. Workamper working out in orchard and also raking leaves away from trees. Very good at showing off amenities. Lady in office pleasant and informative on questions asked. Just a nice place for Hill Country setting.

Nice enough park. Blonde owner lady very strange acting as if on some type of hypnotic drug. Very unfriendly and aloof acting. No business waiting on customers.

Campground is one definitely good for a night. Just off the interstate which is a plus when wanting off to rest. Many permanents full-time and bringing many eye sores to park. Needing many upgrades in road conditions and electrical boxes.

Pretty new park and the nicest one in Fort Davis. The owner is very accommodating and seems to only want to please the customer. There's a very nice restaurant on site so that is also a major plus. Will stay at this park if in the area.

We've stayed at this park several times in the past few years and heard that it just recently changed ownership. We could definitely see a downward slide in appearance. The extra charge for wi-fi which is iffy at best and the increase in rates is not merited for what you get in exchange. We will not come back to this park again and don't recommend it.

Nice place if in the Fredericksburg area. Centrally located to most anything that you might need. Big Rig friendly. Would definitely recommend it to stay.

Very nice and new RV Resort. All roads and sites are concrete. Very beautiful laid out in a Pecan Orchard. All sites are big rig friendly. Just a wonderful place to visit and enjoy the Texas Hill Country scenery.

Very well laid out park. Owner super lady and very accommodating to customers. Basic amenities but close enough to Austin to be able to receive reception on antenna. Would definitely stay again if through area.

Very nice park. One if not the best in the Texas Hill Country.
